Bracken Fiddlehead

Prepare the ingredients and some seasonings.

Wash the bracken and prepare it.

Chop the purple pepper and crush the garlic into a puree for later use.

Let the bracken boil in the water and cook for about one minute.

After removing it, let it boil in cold water, drain the water and set aside.

Put the bracken segments into a dish, and evenly drizzle the juice of light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, and chili oil.

Sprinkle with garlic paste.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the purple pepper.

Pour the purple pepper on the bracken, mix well and serve.
