Bracken with Nuts

Wash and go to Laogen.

Blanch the water, add salt and two drops of oil to the water.

Boil it out and let cool.

Cut into sections one inch long and serve on a plate.

Dice the ginger and garlic, and cut the chili into small sections (soak the chili in advance to soften it).

Process the nuts and peel them.

Cut the peeled nuts or beat them with a crusher.

Heat up the pan until the oil is in, add the peppercorns to fragrant and remove, add ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant and pour out.

Hot spicy oil.

Add light soy sauce and vinegar and mix thoroughly.

Sprinkle the nuts on the vegetables and pour the adjusted juice on it.
Tips:
The blanching water needs to be heated, and the sauce can be mastered according to your own taste.
