I continued to consume the New Year’s goods. I bought a box of 5KG Arctic Shrimp from SF Optimal a year ago and finally bottomed out. The last one was cleared out of the refrigerator to prepare for the next inventory, ha ha!
Stir-fried, boiled, and stir-fried, I have eaten enough with different patterns. Let’s order fresh ones today, braised with oyster sauce, and have a different flavor. Today’s dishes were put on the plate a little bit, and I really felt a little bit better!

Braised Arctic Shrimp in Oyster Sauce

1. One part of Arctic Shrimp, defrost naturally at room temperature.

2. Take a small bowl, pour an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, white pepper, and an appropriate amount of white cold water to dilute.

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the ginger and stir fry, then add the Arctic prawns.

4. Stir-fry over medium heat until the shrimp shells are crispy.

5. Add the prepared sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.

6. Sprinkle into the nine-story tower, and just take it out of the pot.

Tips:

1: Oyster sauce has a salty taste, add salt according to personal taste.
2: All-match and practical sauces, for those who love to cook, can you not order them into the kitchen?
