Braised Bamboo Shoot Beans

This is salted flat-pointed bamboo shoots, soak and desalinate before cooking. If you don't have this kind of bamboo shoots, you can use oyster mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms;

Fully soak the dried soybeans, I always soak the soybeans one night in advance;

Cook the soaked soybeans;
4.
Cut open the flat tip bamboo shoots, soak and desalinate;

Soaked bamboo shoots are no longer very salty, cut into small cubes;

Pour cooking oil into the wok, add ginger and stir fragrant;
7.
Pour in the diced bamboo shoots, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and stir fry;
8.
Add the cooked soybeans, aniseed petals, dried chilies, sugar, and salt;
9.
Pour in hot water and simmer until the soup is thick and ready to eat.
Tips:
Note: Oyster sauce has a salty taste, pay attention to the amount of salt to be put in less; and if you like strong sweetness, you can put more sugar.
