Braised Bamboo Shoots in Oyster Sauce

Preparation materials: a handful of bamboo shoots and a green onion. Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of oil consumption, moderate amount of salt.

After removing the old part of the bamboo shoots, wash them and pat them loose with a knife, then cut into pieces and boil them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to remove the bitterness and astringency. Drain and set aside.

Bring the pot to high heat and pour in an appropriate amount of oil and bring it to simmering heat.

Pour in bamboo shoots and stir fry for a while

Add salt and fry evenly.

Add in fuel consumption and stir-fry evenly

Add half a bowl of water, turn to medium heat, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Open the lid, the juice is almost collected and turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve.
Tips:
Boil the bamboo shoots in boiling water first to remove the bitterness and astringency and make the taste better.
Don't put too much salt, because there is a taste in the fuel, and too much will make it salty.
