Small Bamboo Shoots of Pickled Vegetables

Wash the small bamboo shoots and set aside. I bought them directly from the vegetable farm and cooked them. If they are fresh, they need to be shelled and boiled.

Heat the pan and pour the oil

After the oil is hot, pour in small bamboo shoots and stir fry

Stir-fry until the bamboo shoots are almost covered with oil, add some salt

Add the right amount of pickled vegetables

Add a little soy sauce to mix in, just a little bit, otherwise the color will be too dark, continue to stir fry

After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of water

Pick a little chili sauce on the head of the chopsticks, add it, add it according to your own taste, or not add it, I personally think that it’s more delicious with a bit of spicy, and then stir-fry evenly

Cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes. When it's cooked through, you can get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The fresh bamboo shoots you buy must be hulled and boiled in water. First, the astringency of the bamboo shoots can be removed, and the second is easier to store.
2. The bamboo shoots made in this way must be cooked thoroughly before they are delicious
