Braised Bamboo Shoots

The bamboo shoots are cooked first, torn into two, and then cut into small pieces

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add the bamboo shoots, and stir fry

After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of salt and a spoonful of light soy sauce

According to your own taste, add the right amount of chili sauce

After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer
