Braised beef is one of the most home-cooked dishes in Sichuan cuisine. It uses Sichuan's unique condiment Pixian Douban, with a small amount of spices, and is slowly cooked over a low fire.
Beef has high protein content, low fat content, and is delicious and popular. And beef has the characteristics of warming tonic, suitable for all seasons, especially suitable for autumn and winter tonic.

Ingredients

1. Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, smash the grass fruit, and cut dried chili into long sections;
Finely chop Pixian Douban (if you want to slag, you don't need to chop finely);
Cut the sirloin into 2cm square pieces, soak in cold water to remove blood stains;
Peel the white radish and cut into pieces, and cut the coriander into short sections

2. Pour edible oil into the hot pan, add Pixian Douban and stir fry until the oil is 3-4% hot.
Then add Chinese pepper, dried chili, sliced ginger, green onion and stir fry until fragrant

3. Add fresh soup and sirloin, boil and remove any foam,
Then add star anise, sana, grass fruit, refined salt, sugar, cooking wine

4. Use a low fire to cook the beef until soft and cooked (about 2 hours);
Add the white radish cubes and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the thick sauce over high heat and put it in a pan. Just sprinkle with coriander

Tips:

1. Change the main ingredients to make braised lamb, braised pork ribs, braised chicken nuggets and other dishes.
2. The auxiliary materials can be transformed into potatoes, bamboo shoots, green bamboo shoots, jelly and other raw materials.
3. Collect the juice over high heat, and just concentrate the juice, no need to collect it dry.
