Braised Beef

Cut beef, slice old ginger, cut green onions, and prepare spices.

Put cold water into the pot and cook the beef.
3.
Pour out the water after boiling, and rinse the beef.

Pour oil in the pot and put the rock sugar into the low heat to melt it.

Put the beef in a pot, stir-fry with sugar, set it aside.

Put the spices in the pot and stir fry until fragrant. Put the beef into the pot and stir fry together.

Pour in a spoonful of half light soy sauce, stir-fry with a little cooking wine, add water to the pot to submerge the beef, then change to a low heat and simmer slowly.

After simmering for about half an hour, peel the carrots and cut them with a hob. Put the carrots to a boil on high heat and stir fry. Change the heat to low and continue to simmer for half an hour.
9.
When the water is boiling, change to medium heat and collect the water.
