Beef has always been badly cooked, and every time I cook it, I’m so old that I don’t want to eat it. Occasionally I watched it on the Internet and it would be softer. I tried it with the mentality of trying it. It’s really not bad.

Braised Beef

1. Put water in the pot, put the beef into a little cooking wine and boil on high heat, skimming the blood

2. After removing it, put it in warm water, clean it and set it on a plate for later

3. Cross the top of the tomatoes, peel them with boiling water, and cut into pieces

4. Prepare ginger, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, peppercorns, put oil in the pot, pour it into the saute

5. Add tomatoes and stir fry

6. Pour the processed beef and stir fry

7. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, rock sugar, stir fry evenly, add water to boil

8. Take a casserole, pour it into the pot, simmer over medium heat until the beef is soft and rotten, and collect the juice on high heat

9. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:

1. Wash with warm water after skimming the blood foam
2. After putting it in the casserole, check whether the water is enough, add more boiling water if it is not enough
