Braised Beef

Main ingredients: beef, green and red peppers, onions. Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, ginger, dark soy sauce, star anise, peppercorns, cinnamon, red yeast rice (optional)

Cut the beef into the same size pieces

Bring to a boil in a pot under cold water, pick up

Wash green and red peppers and cut into oblique sections, peel off onion and cut into pieces, and slice ginger

Heat the pan with cold oil, and stir-fry the beef at 70% of the oil to get the moisture and flavor

Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Add ginger, star anise, peppercorns, and cinnamon, stir fry evenly to get a fragrance

Heat water and red yeast rice to a boil over high heat, stir and fry evenly, add a lid and turn to medium-low heat for about 40 minutes
9.
Add salt and continue to cook until the beef is cooked through
10.
Add green and red peppers and onions and stir-fry evenly
11.
The sauce can be served after high heat
Tips:
When the beef is braised, it should not be overheated. The beef will be tender and not fired. Red yeast rice will improve the color. It is optional or not
