Braised Beef Brisket

After washing the sirloin, blanch the blood in a pan under cold water, remove it and wash it

Cut the sirloin into small pieces

Sliced turmeric, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and set aside

Saute the ingredients in a hot pan with oil

Add the cut sirloin and stir fry evenly

Transfer the stir-fried sirloin into the pressure cooker

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, water and a few rock sugar

Cover the lid and boil on high heat, then turn to medium and low heat for 15 minutes.
