Braised Beef Brisket

Change the sirloin to cut into pieces with a knife, soak for a while, and change the water several times in between

Put the sirloin in cold water and prepare for blanching

Tips:
Because there are two kinds of bean paste, the salt content is more suitable, so no more salt is added during the whole process. If you have a heavy mouth, you can add a little more salt when you stew.
