Braised Beef Brisket and Carrots in Red Curry

The sirloin is marinated with thirteen spices, light soy sauce, sugar, and corn starch for later use.

Heat up the pan and pour some olive oil into the ginger slices first, then pour the marinated beef brisket.

Stir fry for a while until the sirloin changes color, then add two spoons of red curry.

Add a little water to cook the red curry until the sirloin is delicious.

Put the carrot in again.

Then pour an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for about ten minutes.

When the juice is almost dry, just add a little salt to taste and you can turn off the heat and serve.
