Braised Beef Brisket and Tendon

Beef brisket and beef tendon cut into pieces, blanched in water to remove the blood and drained, set aside, cut tomatoes into pieces, and cut large slices of green onion, ginger and garlic

Put oil in the pot, add the sirloin and beef tendon and stir-fry, add two spoons of sugar, then add the onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, grass fruit, and bay leaves

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oil consumption, watercress (if you want spicy)

Transfer to a pressure cooker, add water, broil the beef, add some salt

50 minutes after the pressure cooker is aired (or more than 2 hours for a normal pan)
