Prepare sirloin. Choose sirloin that is shiny, rosy in color, white or light yellow with a little fat, slightly dry or air-dried. It is not sticky to the touch and has good elasticity. Hengdu sirloin is the best sirloin.

Tips:
1. I personally like to use an ordinary pot for braising beef brisket. If you want to shorten the time for braising beef brisket, you can choose a pressure cooker;
2. There is no seasoning when braising the sirloin. The main goal is to absorb the aroma of vegetables and barbecue sauce from the braised sirloin. Very simple taste;
3. Vegetables can choose seasonal vegetables, a variety of colors of vegetables, pleasing to the eye and more attractive;
4. Because I put a small bag of barbecue sauce, I didn't put any other seasonings, so I can use my favorite seasonings for the sauce;
5. The time for frying colored peppers should not be too long to avoid destroying vitamins;
6. There is no green plum wine, use cooking wine instead.
