Braised Beef in Japanese Style

Wash the beef and cut into thin slices.

Peel and cut potatoes and carrots, and cut onions.

Heat up the oil pan, add beef slices and fry until cooked.

The meat pieces are prepared and served.

Add onions and carrots and sauté until fragrant.

Add the potato pieces and continue to stir fry.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, beef slices, and broth. After boiling, turn off the heat and cook for half an hour.

Peas and konjac knots are blanched in boiling water.
9.
Scoop out the peas and konjac knot and set aside.
10.
After the beef is boiled for half an hour, add the peas and konjac knot, open the lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
