Braised Beef Noodles

Add two tablespoons of salt to the beef and soak in warm water for ten minutes. Then wash off the blood with warm water.

Put the cleaned beef in warm water. Bring to a boil and remove the foam.

Remove the frothy beef, remove it, and wash it with warm water for later use.

Add a little oil to the pot and add ginger slices.

Put the beef in the pot and stir fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Put a small amount of oil on the pot and add rock sugar.

When the rock candy turns red and becomes bubbles, add beef and stir fry.

Stir fry until golden.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add pepper powder, star anise, cinnamon and grass fruit. Tsaoko.

Pour the fried beef into a soup pot, add water, and put green onions. There is no need to chop the green onions here.

Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce. After the soup is boiling, turn to a low heat. One hour later, remove the green onions, grass fruits and star anise. Then simmer for another hour. In other words, it takes two hours to simmer.

Slice the white radish and tear the lettuce into small pieces. Blanch boiled water and set aside.

Prepare the noodles. Cooked.
15.
Add white radish and lettuce to the cooked noodles.

Finally add the cooked beef and soup. A bowl of steaming beef noodles is ready.
