Braised Beef Noodles

Shred the shallots, slice the ginger, and cut the shallots into sections

Cut the beef into small pieces about 2.5 cm

Boil the beef for 5 minutes, then remove it, clean it, and drain the water.

Add the salad oil to the pot and heat it up, add the peppercorns, aniseed, cinnamon, bay leaves, and dried chili and stir fry to create a flavor

Add shredded green onion, sliced ginger, rock sugar and green onion and stir fry to create a flavor

Add beef, stir fry soy sauce, add 500ml of boiling water, bring to a boil

Pour into the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes

After the water is boiled, add the noodles, cook for 5 minutes, add in the lettuce and blanch it and remove immediately

After the noodles are cooked, remove them in cold water, drain the water, and put them in a bowl

Put the braised beef on top of the noodles, you can add a little more soup, put the lettuce and you can eat it!
Tips:
The noodles I use for this braised beef noodles are medium noodles, which feel a bit thin and thin, so it takes a short time to cook in the braised beef. If you make your own hand-rolled noodles, it is best to make thick and thick noodles. Take out the noodles when they are half-ripe, put them in the braised beef and cook for about 3 minutes. It tastes better!
