Braised Beef Noodles

Wash the beef and cut into pieces. Because it will shrink when cooked, cut it into larger pieces, nearly 2 cm in length.

Boil a pot under cold water to remove the foam. Remove the beef, rinse with water and set aside. Heat the pot, pour oil, low heat, add a spoonful of sauce, two or three rock sugar, pour the beef and stir-fry after the basic melted, and when the meat turns white, pour in hot water, add a little dark soy sauce, some very flavorful Fresh, put green onions, I put ginger, star anise, peppercorns in a skewer, throw them into the pot, simmer over high heat. It is basically in a boiled and elastic state in 20 minutes.

Tips:
When frying the bean paste and rock sugar, use a low heat, it will stick to the pan easily.
