My son likes to eat soups, soups, water, and the like. He has a runny nose these days, so he has a warmer for breakfast. I hope this heat can be maintained until school.

Braised Beef Noodles

1. Prepare stew seasoning

2. Cut the beef into large pieces the night before, blanch the beef in a pan under cold water, and then clean it. The saucepan boils water to prepare the stew. Heat up the wok, add a little oil, add beef and dried seasonings and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

3. Add cooking wine, aged vinegar, light soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and bean paste, stir fry over low heat to get the flavor of the sauce

4. Pour the fried beef into a saucepan with boiling water and simmer for 2 hours

5. Cook the noodles and greens the next morning, boil the beef again and pour the soup on the noodles.

Tips:

Cut the beef into larger pieces and taste better.
