Braised Beef Noodles

Prepare stew seasoning

Cut the beef into large pieces the night before, blanch the beef in a pan under cold water, and then clean it. The saucepan boils water to prepare the stew. Heat up the wok, add a little oil, add beef and dried seasonings and stir fry for a fragrant flavor
