Beef tendon over water

Heat the pan with ginger and beef tendon

Add seasonings such as light soy sauce with cooking wine, add appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes

Put the green onion leaves out of the pot
Tips:
Add some vinegar to get rid of the fishy when the water is over, add dried chili if you like spicy food
