Braised Beef Tendon

Beef slices, beef ribs cut into small pieces.

Cut radish into small pieces, onion into small pieces, prepare ginger, cumin, and star anise.

Add oil to the pot and sauté star anise, cumin, ginger and onion over low heat. Like the spicy one with a spoonful of bean paste.

Add beef, beef tendon, radish, stir fry, add soy sauce and stir well.

Add boiling water, add brown sugar, bring to a boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, and the radishes will be soft. Because the beef and beef slab tendon are cooked, the time depends on the size of the radish piece.

If it is raw beef, sirloin, or beef ribs, you can blanch it, press it in a pressure cooker for 20-30 minutes, then add radish and stew.

Stew until the soup is thick and ready to be served.
