Braised Beef Tendon

After buying the beef shank, wash it and soak it in clean water for 1 hour, and change the water in the middle.

Pour clean water into the pot, add pepper, sliced ginger, green onion and soaked beef shank. After boiling over high heat, skim the foam.

Remove the beef tendon and soak in cold water for 5 minutes.

Put the meat into the pot and pour water, put it in the seasoning bag, add light soy sauce, soy sauce, rock sugar, cooking wine, stir well, cover the lid and boil over high heat, then turn to low heat for 1.5 hours.

After the beef tendon is cooked, take it out and let it cool, and slice it after the marinated meat has completely cooled down.
