Braised Beef Tendon Noodle Soup
1.
Cut the braised beef tendon into thin pieces for later use. (I have posted a recipe for braised beef tendon, so I won’t repeat it here.)
2.
Wash the Qianjiang vegetables. (Any vegetables are fine)
3.
Put a little oil and salt in boiling water, and boil the vegetables for later use.
4.
Cook the noodles until thoroughly.
5.
Fish out the cold river so that the noodles are more refreshing.
6.
Put the noodles in the bowl.
7.
Add braised beef tendon, braised peanuts and braised eggs. (These are all marinated when marinating beef tendon.)
8.
Add the right amount of boiling water to the brine juice and bring to a boil. (The brine juice is relatively salty, so add boiling water to dilute it.)
9.
Put the vegetables and brine in the bowl for the noodles.
