Braised Bullfrog

Ingredients: bullfrog (washed), sliced ginger, garlic, green onion

Place the washed bullfrog on the chopping board and chop into pieces.

Then, put it in a pot of clean water, blanch it and remove it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the sliced ginger and garlic to the saucepan.

Next, add the blanched bullfrog and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.
9.
Add the right amount of sugar.
10.
Add the right amount of salt.

Season to a boil.

Finally, cook until the broth is almost done, put the green onions, and add some oyster sauce.
13.
Stir-fry and serve.
