Braised Bun

Put the oil in the electric baking pan and spread the bun flat

Break the eggs and spread them on the bun, add a little salt and cumin, and then spread another bun on top

Turn the cake over and then fry it. The advantage of an electric baking pan is that it won’t batter. If it’s fried on the stove, it needs a low heat.
