Braised Catfish with Sauce

Mix the sweet noodle sauce, tomato sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and a little sugar into a rich sauce;

Cut the catfish into slices, add sliced ginger and green onions, add half of the sauce;

Put on disposable gloves, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for two hours;

Prepare other raw materials: green beans, French fries and lotus root;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, remove the ginger slices and green onions from the marinated fish, put them inside and stir fry;

Stir-fry until the aroma is released, add the ready-made lotus root, french fries and string beans and stir fry together;

After stir-frying, add appropriate amount of salt to taste;

Cover the pot and simmer for five minutes;
9.
Uncover the lid and place the marinated fish pieces on the surface of the dish;
10.
Pour the marinating juice and the remaining half of the seasoning juice on the surface of the fish;
11.
Cover again, simmer for ten minutes and turn off the heat;
12.
Serve directly, sprinkle some green onions on the surface.
