Braised Chestnut Chicken

Cut into pieces, add salt, ginger slices, and drain the cooking wine in the pot

Chopped green onions

Add oil to the pot, add the watercress and stir fry until fragrant, then add half of the green onions and pepper and chili spice, stir fry even

Then add the chicken and stir fry evenly, add soy sauce

Then add the chestnuts and add a large bowl of water to boil. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat.

After it's cooked, collect the juice and add the remaining green onions, stir-fry and serve on a plate.
