This is a slightly innovative home cooking. The braised chicken with honey orange juice is neither sweet nor salty. It just seems ordinary, but unique. The teriyaki chicken with honey orange juice is so delicious! It tastes just right if it is not sweet or salty. It is best to use chicken thighs, because the thighs are tender~

Braised Chicken

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Chop the ginger.

3. Put it in a bowl with soy sauce, orange juice, honey, ginger and sesame oil to make a marinade.

4. Cut the chicken into pieces, stir in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 20 minutes.

5. Heat a nonstick pan and pour oil. Remove the chicken, stir-fry in the pan until golden brown (about 5 minutes), and transfer to a bowl.

6. Put it out into a bowl.

7. Put the marinade in the pot, add butter, and heat. Stir constantly until boiling, turn off the heat until the soup is a bit thick (1 minute)

8. Then put the chicken in the pan and stir fry again.

9. Put the cooked chicken out and sprinkle some chopped green onions and sesame seeds. The braised chicken is ready, and it will smell like chicken when you put it on top of the white rice! In winter, give yourself and your family nourishment~
