Braised Chicken

Prepare the ingredients

Chop the ginger.

Put it in a bowl with soy sauce, orange juice, honey, ginger and sesame oil to make a marinade.

Cut the chicken into pieces, stir in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 20 minutes.
