Simple ingredients, simple seasonings, make a different taste. It is a very popular dish.

Braised Chicken Drumsticks

1. Wash the drumsticks and control the moisture

2. Put it in a small bowl, add yellow sprinkles, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce and spread well. Marinate for more than three hours.

3. Prepare the seasoning

4. Heat the pan and add the chicken thighs to fry. Stir with low heat.

5. Fry slightly yellow, turn over, continue frying.

6. Add dried hot pepper, ginger, Chinese pepper, aniseed and stir fragrant.

7. Put rock candy, Shanna, and shallots.

Tips:

The chicken legs should be marinated in advance, preferably for more than 8 hours. If there is no time, it must be marinated for 3 hours. Heat the pan and then fry the chicken drumsticks on a low fire. It is best to use a non-stick pan. You don't need to put oil, the chicken drumsticks can be fried out of oil.
