Braised Chicken Drumsticks in Curry

Washed chicken drumsticks and curry seasoning.

Use 1 bag of seasoning for two chicken drumsticks.

Add a little light soy sauce and stir evenly.

Then grab it several times to make it taste good. Marinate for about 2 hours.

Put the marinated chicken legs into an electric pressure cooker.

Flatten the bottom of the pan with the chicken skin facing down.

Pour the overflowing soup from the marinated chicken legs into the pot.

Simmer for 15 minutes.
9.
After the pressure is relieved, turn the chicken legs over and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. There is salty taste in the seasoning, so no salt is added, just a little light soy sauce seasoning.
2. To choose an electric pressure cooker that supports anhydrous braising.
