Braised Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet and place it under cold water. After the water is boiled, continue to cook for 3 minutes to remove the blood and remove the water.

Then wash the chicken feet with warm water and place them in a bowl. Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic, and prepare the pepper, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves.

Put oil in the pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, cinnamon, and star anise to fry for a good flavor.

Then add the chicken feet and stir fry for a while.

Then add warm water, the water should be higher than the chicken feet, then bring to a boil.

After the water is boiled, add the beer, salt and chicken essence, soy sauce, oil-consuming pepper, chili oil, and rock sugar, stir fry evenly, then turn to medium-low heat and stew.

Simmer for about 45 minutes, and the soup is almost ready to be out of the pot.
