Braised Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet and set aside.

Use scissors to cut off your nails.
3.
Boil a pot under cold water.

Remove and rinse, add cooking wine, ginger slices, star anise, pepper, green onion knot.

Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook thoroughly.

Remove and wash cold for later use.

Pour the chicken feet into the container and add the lees. Place the cold boiled water in the refrigerator and soak for five to six hours before eating.
