Braised Chicken Feet

Chop the chicken feet.

Blanch the chicken feet, add cooking wine, ginger and star anise in a pot under cold water to remove the smell. After the water is boiled, add water three times until the chicken feet are fully cooked, and remove the cold water.

Saute the ginger, garlic and Thai pepper in the pot, add the chicken feet and stir-fry until the chicken feet change color, add the old soy sauce with the cooking wine, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

Open the lid and stir-fry the chicken feet, add an appropriate amount of very fresh, and sprinkle with green onions.
