Braised Chicken Feet

Cut off the nails of the chicken feet, soak in cold water for 8 hours, remove the blood, wash and drain the water.

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken feet and fry until the color changes.

Add sliced ginger, green onion, star anise, pepper, dried chili, garlic cloves, and bay leaves to fry until fragrant, then pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chicken essence, oil consumption and stir fry for a while, add boiling water and leave the ingredients to boil open.

Pour into the casserole, cover, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for half an hour (stir at intervals to prevent sticking).

Open the lid over high heat to collect the juice, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
