Braised Chicken Feet with Mushroom

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Put the mushrooms and fungus in a bowl and soak them in water.

3. After washing the chicken feet, remove the nails with scissors.

4. Put water in a pot and boil, blanch the chicken feet.

5. After blanching the water, put the chicken feet in cold water for 10 minutes, which can alternate between hot and cold to make the chicken feet more elastic.

6. Soak chicken feet for 10 minutes, wash and drain.

7. After the soft soaked mushrooms are washed, the stalks of the mushrooms are removed, but do not throw away the stalks to keep the soup. After the fungus is washed, the harder part of the bottom of the fungus is also removed. Wash other ingredients garlic, star anise, bay leaves and dried chili.

8. Mix the secret braised sauce with oyster sauce.

9. Put dried chili, star anise and garlic in the inner pot of the saucepan.

10. Put in the chicken feet.

11. Add fungus and flower mushrooms.

12. Add water after all the ingredients are put in the pot.

13. Then add the well-mixed secret braised sauce and oyster sauce.

14. Put the lid on, turn on the power and select [High] to simmer for 2 hours.

15. After 2 hours, thicken the thin gorgon and bring to a boil, ready to eat.
