Braised Chicken Gizzards

The chicken gizzards are selected to remove impurities and rinse.

Blanch it in a pot of boiling water to remove any peculiar smell.

Put the old brine in the pot, add bay leaves, dried chili, star anise, pepper, green onion and ginger.

Wait for the brine in the pot to boil for 5 minutes, then add the chicken gizzards.

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, and cook for about 30 minutes. The chicken gizzards are soaked in the sauce in the boiling pot for several hours to make them delicious.

Cut out and serve on a plate.

You can also add a little marinade to match it for a stronger flavor.
Tips:
1. Cook the seasonings for 5 minutes first, which makes the chicken gizzards more delicious.
2. Add salt to taste, add dark soy sauce for color.
