Braised Chicken Nuggets

Wash the chicken and cut into chunks. Cut the mushrooms and carrots into pieces, and cut the red and green peppers into small pieces for later use.

Heat up a frying pan, add garlic and ginger slices to fragrant.

Add the chicken nuggets and stir fry a few times, then add cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, and then add an appropriate amount of water to boil over high heat (subject to the fact that the water is submerged in the chicken).

When half of the soup is received, add the cut mushrooms and carrots and continue cooking.

When it is about to harvest the juice, add the chili peppers and chicken broth and stir-fry for a few times.
