Braised Chicken Nuggets with Mushrooms

Soak the mushrooms in water and wash them off.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms in half.

The chicken is washed, peeled and chopped into pieces. (My family doesn't eat chicken skin.)

Peel the ginger and slice it, and peel the garlic.

Heat the pan, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
6.
Add the chicken nuggets and fry until the chicken nuggets change color.
7.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir well.

Pour in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Huadiao wine and sugar and bring to a boil.
9.
Turn to medium-low heat and cook for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Tips:
1. I use Huadiao wine instead of water, and the roasted chicken is more fragrant.
