Braised Chicken Tips

Put the chicken tips in the pot with cold water, add a small amount of cooking wine to boil! Remove, wash, dry, and set aside!

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant! Pour in chicken wings and chili and stir fry a few times! Add a little salt and stir fry evenly!
