Braised Chicken Tips

The chicken tips are colored ahead of time. The coloring method is the same as that of chicken feet and pig feet.

Start the pan and put the oil down, stir fry the ginger, garlic and onion.

Then go down and stir-fry the chicken tips and add salt.
4.
Then add a small amount of water and simmer for a while. Add soy sauce.
5.
The juice is dried down to the green onions. Stir fry out of the pot.
6.
Finished product.
