Braised Chicken Wing Tips

1 Wash the tips of the bought chicken wings and scald them with water. Chop one part of ginger and green onion, and cut the other part into sections. Prepare pepper, star anise, dried chili, chicken essence, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt (seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste).

Put oil in the pot, the lower part of the shallots, ginger, peppercorns, star anise, beyond the fragrance.

Then put in the chicken wings, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, stir fry and write down.

Pour in water, and it's ok to have the chicken wings. Add the remaining seasonings such as chicken essence. Stew on high heat for 15 minutes, then change to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
