Braised Chicken Wings

Prepare the wing to neutralize the wing root, and you can also choose one.

Cut the green onion into sections, slap the ginger into pieces, put the pepper, star anise, bay leaves, tangerine peel, cumin, and chili into the seasoning bag.

Wash the chicken wings, boil them in a pot of cold water to remove any foam, remove them and wash them again.
