Braised Chicken with Chestnuts

Debone the chicken legs first and cut them into small pieces.

Peel the chestnuts.

Cut the green onion into small pieces and the ginger into small pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, add dried red pepper, peppercorns, aniseed, green onions, and ginger until fragrant.

Then add the sliced chicken drumsticks and stir fry.

Then add the chestnuts, salt, chicken essence, and soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
