Braised Chicken with Cloud Ears

Cut the chicken into pieces, add sliced ginger, add oil salt and oyster sauce and marinate for 10 minutes. Soak the cloud ears with water

Frying pan

Add chicken and stir fry

Add a little water and cook until cooked
5.
Add cloud ears and stir fry for 3 minutes

Serve and sprinkle with wolfberries and carrots for garnish
