Braised Chicken with Mushrooms

A chopped local chicken.

Dried flower mushrooms and other ingredients are prepared.

For local chicken, soak in warm water for 30 minutes.

Dried flower mushrooms, rinse the floating dust on the surface with water, and soak in cold water.

Soak the soil chicken, wash and drain.

Cut the soaked mushrooms in half, cut the green and red peppers, and slice the ginger.

Add chicken fat in a casserole and stir-fry on low heat.

After frying the oil, add some cooking oil and stir fry with spices.

Into the drained chicken.

Stir fry until the meat is crunched.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry slightly.

Add the settled shiitake mushroom water.

Add light soy sauce.

Turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 40 minutes after the high heat is boiled.

Stir fry after adding salt.

Add green and red peppers.

Stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat, and you can enjoy it beautifully.
Tips:
1: The water used to soak the mushrooms is a natural condiment. Don't waste it. After depositing impurities, use it to stew and cook the chicken. The taste will be even better.
2: Shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry first, add water and simmer, the taste will be more delicious.
