Braised Cod with Capers

Fry the cod in advance until both sides are yellowish and set aside.

Prepare the capers in advance.

Simmer in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry chives, ginger, garlic, and capers.

Pour in the cod and continue to stir-fry, then pour in the right amount of boiling water, mix in a little salt, pepper, and light soy sauce and simmer for a while.
