Braised Cowpeas in Old Soup

Main ingredients: cowpea, old soup.

Wash the cowpea and cut into sections.

Heat oil, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Add the cowpeas and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the cowpea changes color.

Add the old soup.
