This is the crab for my little sister to eat. Yesterday, it was an appointment to bring vegetables out today. I know the little girl doesn't eat ginger, so I didn't add ginger to this crab, but I wanted to make her more delicious, so I braised it with scallion oil. The taste really didn't disappoint me, the delicious ones are called extreme. I like to take one.

Braised Crab with Scallion Oil

1. Prepare the scallion oil, cut and wash the crabs.

2. Add scallion oil and water to the pot.

3. Then place the crab cut side down.

4. Cover the heat and simmer until the crab shells are yellow.

5. Add half a bowl of cooking wine.

6. Add soy sauce to taste, and the stew is thick and thick.

7. In this way, a portion of braised crab with scallion oil is complete.

Tips:

Because it is a combination of oil and water, do not open the fire until the ingredients are left, so that the oil will not splash.
